In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's ("FCA") Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6, F&C Private Equity Trust plc ("the Company") advises that as at 31 July 2015 the Company had 71,982,273 Ordinary Shares in issue with a total of 71,982,273 voting rights.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
