Vistry Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital

 

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 30 November 2021, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 222,046,264 Ordinary 50p shares with voting rights.

 

The decrease from 222,306,264 Ordinary 50p shares on 30 November 2021 is due to the buyback of 260,000 shares by Vistry Group PLC which will be cancelled.

 

Vistry Group PLC does not hold any shares in Treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
