Total Voting Rights

INTU PROPERTIES PLC (the "Company") VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following: During the month of May 2014, the Company allotted 16,468,496 new ordinaryshares of 50 pence each. Of the shares allotted, 16,442,684 shares werepursuant to the Company's Scrip Dividend scheme and 25,812 were allotted as aresult of employee share option exercises. As a result of these allotments, theCompany's issued share capital now consists of 1,268,555,825 ordinary shares of50 pence each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary sharesin treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Intu Properties plc is1,268,555,825. The above figure of 1,268,555,825 may be used by shareholders as thedenominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they arerequired to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in theCompany under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
