Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited (AIM / ASX: CFU) announces that following the issue of equity to staff announced on 21 October 2010, the Company now has 1,200,679,566 ordinary shares of nil par value with voting rights in issue. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,200,679,566. The Company does not hold any shares as treasury shares.
