As at 29 January 2016 there were 404,144,953 ordinary shares in issue of 1 pence per share, each with one voting right and there were no Treasury shares in the Company. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, blinkx.
