Total Voting Rights

Frontier (AIM: FST), a pioneer in technologies for Digital Radio and Smart Audio devices, announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the share capital of Frontier in issue as at the date of this notice is 42,761,636.

2,238,462 Ordinary Shares are held jointly by the Employee Benefit Trust and participants for the purposes of the Company's joint share ownership plan in relation to which all voting rights have been waived.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 40,523,174. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
