Total Voting Rights

Further to the announcement of the results of the Company's placing on 7 July 2017, the following information is released in accordance with DTR 5.6.1A:

The Company's issued share capital consists of 77,706,030 ordinary shares of 5 pence each. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in all circumstances at general meetings of the Company. None of these ordinary shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 77,706,030.

The above figure of 77,706,030 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
