As at today's date, the Company's issued share capital consists of 152,892,493 ordinary shares of US$0.0001 par value in the Company.
The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and, therefore, the above figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, SafeCharge shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
