Halma PLC02 November 2007 HALMA p.l.c. VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, Halma p.l.c ('Halma') confirms that the total number ofordinary 10 pence shares of Halma in issue at the close of business on 31October 2007 has increased to 374,030,954. The change results from the issue ofshares to meet the exercise of options under the Company's share option plansand a release of treasury shares under the Performance Share Plan. Halma now holds 1,175,475 shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Halma is 372,855,479. The above figure of 372,855,479 may be used by shareholders as the denominatorfor the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, Halma under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
