Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 5p each of Best of the Best ("Ordinary Shares") in issue as at 30 September 2013 is 9,266,409.
The above figure of 9,266,409 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
