The Berkeley Group Holdings plc Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following:
The Berkeley Group Holdings plc capital consists of 120,820,642 Units (each comprising one Ordinary Share of 5 pence each, one 2008 B Share of 5 pence each and one 2010 B Share of 5 pence each). Each Ordinary Share within a Unit of The Berkeley Group Holdings plc has voting rights.
The Berkeley Group Holdings plc does not hold any shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in The Berkeley Group Holdings plc is 120,820,642.
The above figure (120,820,642) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, The Berkeley Group Holdings plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
