Braime (Holdings) Plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights and Capital For the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial ServicesAuthority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinaryshares of 25p each in the capital of the Company in issue as at the date of thisnotice is 480,000, with holders of ordinary shares entitled to one vote forevery four ordinary shares held. There are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 120,000.
