London, 1 December 2011: Ophir notifies the market that, following the exercise of options during November, the Company's issued share capital as at close of business on 30 November 2011 was 326,823,901 ordinary shares of £0.0025 each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. 

Therefore, as at 1 December 2011, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 326,823,901.

Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR").

This announcement is in conformity with DTR 5.6.1.
