Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the directors of the Company advise that as of the date of this notice the total number of ordinary shares of 5p each in issue is 212,229,525 with each share carrying the right to one vote.
There are no ordinary shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 212,229,525.
The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
