AMEC PLC21 December 2007 AMEC plc - Total Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with the Transparency Directive's regulations we hereby notify themarket of the following: AMEC plc's capital consists of 337,478,051 ordinary shares with voting rights. 3,518,800 shares are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in AMEC plc is, therefore, 333,959,251.
