Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 and further to the Company's announcement on 26 June 2013 the Company's issued share capital as at close of business on 28 June 2013 consists of 562,087,985 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each and all of these have voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
