In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of GBP0.001 of Insetco in issue at 30 April 2010 is 2,949,051.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Insetco, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
