TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In connection with the warrant exercise the Company has issued a further 11,104,484 Ordinary Shares and in connection with the acquisition of Ocean Outdoor the Company issued a further 875,844 Ordinary Shares to certain members of management. Following this issuance, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue is 53,770,328, of which none are held in treasury.

In accordance with rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the Company hereby notifies the market that the total number of voting rights in the Company is 53,770,328. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
