Total Voting Rights

INTU PROPERTIES PLC (the "Company") VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of thefollowing: Pursuant to the Rights Issue announced by the Company on 20 March 2014, theissued share capital of the Company increased by a total of 278,241,628 newshares during April 2014. The Company's issued share capital now consists of1,252,087,329 ordinary shares of 50 pence each with voting rights. The Companydoes not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Intu Properties plc is1,252,087,329. The above figure of 1,252,087,329 may be used by shareholders as thedenominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they arerequired to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in theCompany under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
