Total Voting Rights
The following information is provided by NetPlay TV plc (the "Company") in accordance with its obligations under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
As at the close of business on 31 January 2012 the Company's issued share capital consists of 282,772,981 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 1p each and one voting right per share.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
