St. James's Place plc (the "Company") - Voting Rights and Capital

 

In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company's issued share capital as at 31 May 2022 consisted of 543,656,446 ordinary shares of 15p each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares of 15p each in Treasury.

 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 543,656,446.

 

The above figure (543,656,446) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
