In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Sportech plc hereby notifies the market of the following:

As at 18 October 2013, Sportech's capital consists of 204,851,114 ordinary shares of 50p with voting rights. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Sportech is 204,851,114.

The above figure (204,851,114) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Sportech plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
