Total Voting Rights
Pursuant to the announcement released earlier today and following the issue of new ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") as part consideration for the acquisition of 25% of the share capital of 21st Century Crime Prevention Services application has today been made to AIM for 10,539,125 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading. Such trading is expected to commence on 21 April 2009.
The Company's issued share capital will therefore comprise 92,228,606 Ordinary Shares of 10p each with voting rights.
The above figure of 92,228,606 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in TG21 plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
