PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading producer and marketer of high purity stevia products notifies the market that at 30 September 2016 the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue is 173,636,794. No shares are held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights is 173,636,794 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
