Petra Diamonds Limited   announces that in accordance with its obligations under the   FCA's   Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the   "DTRs" ), as at   28 November 2025, the Company's share capital consists of 319,861,762 Ordinary Shares of   0.05 pence   each in issue with voting rights, none of which are held in treasury.

The figure of 319,861,762 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for any calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
