As at 30th April 2020 the Company's share capital consists of 58,010,653 Ordinary 25 pence shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 30th April 2020, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in the Company is 58,010,653.

The above figure (58,010,653) may be used by Ordinary shareholders as the denominator for the calculation, by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
