Total voting rights

The Company notifies the market that on 2 February 2015 it cancelled 5,234 ordinary shares held in treasury which had no voting rights. As at 3 February 2015, the ordinary issued share capital of the Company consisted of 526,140,634 ordinary shares.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 526,140,634.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
