Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of new ordinary shares as a result of the exercise of employee share options, the Company's total issued share capital now consists of 15,250,468 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 15,250,468.

The exercise of the above options will be satisfied by the Company's block listing arrangements. 

The above figure of 15,250,468 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
