St Ives plc - Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
In conformity with the EU Transparency Directive transitional provision 6, following its implementation through the provisions of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, we would like to notify the market of the following:
As at the date of this announcement, St Ives plc's issued share capital consists of 103,551,005 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinary share). The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in St Ives plc is 103,551,005.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, St Ives plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
