In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 Air Partner plc confirms that its issued share capital consists of 10,261,693 ordinary shares of 5 pence each. There are no other shares admitted to trading and Air Partner plc does not hold any shares in treasury.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in Air Partner plc is 10,261,693.

The above figure should be used as the denominator for calculations by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) if they are required to notify their interest in voting rights, or a change to their voting rights, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
