Total Voting Rights

Pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA's) Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market that as of 28 September 2018, the total number of voting rights of the Company was 886,079,959.

As at close of business on 28 September 2018, the total number of Ordinary Shares was 160,135,456 and the total number of CHESS Depositary Interests was 725,944,503.

There are no shares held in Treasury.

The above total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
