Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that the total number of shares in issue at the date of this notice is 161,373,124. The Company holds 163,806 shares in treasury and, therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 161,209,318.

The above figure of 161,209,318 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
