Northbridge Industrial Services PLC (the "Company" or "Northbridge")
Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 10p of the Company in issue at the date of this notice is 9,092,257.
The Company holds 152,150 ordinary shares in Treasury, which do not carry any voting rights.
Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares carrying voting rights in the Company is 8,940,107.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
