In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Oxford BioMedica plc (LSE:OXB) confirms that as of the date of this announcement the Company's issued share capital consists of 544,875,557 ordinary shares of 1p each, all with voting rights. No shares are held in treasury.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
