TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules 5.6.1R the Company hereby notifies the market that as at 30 April 2017:
· | the issued share capital of International Personal Finance plc consisted of 234,244,437 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"); |
· | International Personal Finance plc held 11,375,724 Ordinary Shares in Treasury; |
· | the total number of voting rights in the Company was therefore 222,868,713. |
The above figure, 222,868,713, may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
