International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. - voting rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. (the "Company" or "IAG") announces that, on 31 July 2013 the Company holds 3,000,000 treasury shares, and the Company's issued share capital (excluding shares held as treasury shares) consists of 1,852,369,557 shares. 

Each share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of IAG. Accordingly, IAG had total voting rights of 1,852,369,557.
