VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
Chippenham, UK, 1 July 2008: In line with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC) would like to notify the market of the following:
The Company's issued share capital as at 30 June 2008 consists of 320,580,429 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.025 pence per share, with voting rights (one vote per ordinary share).
The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 320,580,429.
The above figure of 320,580,429 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
