Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that at 29 February 2016 the Company's capital consists of 25,048,356 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at 29 February 2016 is 25,048,356. 

The above figure of 25,048,356 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Mattioli Woods under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
