Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, SABMiller plc advises that as at today its capital consists of 1,620,911,621 ordinary shares with voting rights, and a further 58,542,275 ordinary shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in SABMiller plc is therefore 1,620,911,621 which is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, SABMiller plc shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Disclosure of Home Member State

For the purposes of DTR 6.4.2R, the Home Member State of SABMiller plc is the United Kingdom.
