Balfour Beatty plc - Voting rights and capital
In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 30 June 2009, Balfour Beatty plc's capital consists of 478,220,729 ordinary shares with voting rights. No shares are held in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Balfour Beatty plc is 478,220,729.
The above figure (478,220,729) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Balfour Beatty plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
