278,485,071 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each. 6,385,388 of these Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of Vesuvius plc shares with voting rights is 272,099,683

The above figure of 272,099,683 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Vesuvius plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
