hibu plc - Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, hibu plc advises that as at 28 September 2012, its capital consists of 2,381,998,714 ordinary shares with voting rights. hibu plc does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in hibu plc is 2,381,998,714.

The above figure (2,381,998,714) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, hibu plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
