Total Voting Rights
Pursuant to the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Crawshaw's share capital consists of 52,562,547 ordinary shares of 5 pence each with voting rights. Crawshaw holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.
The above figure (52,562,547) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Crawshaw under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
