Voting Rights Announcement
In conformity with rule 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules (DTRs), Assura Group Limited (the Company) gives notice that, as at 24 November 2008 the Company's issued share capital consists of 317,467,036 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights. As the Company does not hold any shares in treasury, the total number of voting rights is equal to the total number of ordinary shares in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders for the purposes of calculating whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
