SQN Asset Finance Income Fund Limited (the "Company") advises that as at 31 October 2016 its issued share capital comprises 357,707,507 Ordinary Shares. No shares are held in treasury.

As such the total voting rights figure of 357,707,507 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
