In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, The Go-Ahead Group plc is required to notify the market of the following:

As at 30 June 2017, Go-Ahead's capital consisted of 43,091,045 ordinary shares of 10p each, with voting rights. The Company also held 3,902,230 ordinary shares in Treasury with no voting rights.

The above figure of 43,091,045 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Go-Ahead under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
