SEGRO plc (the "Company")Total Voting Rights28 August 2009
For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's total issued ordinary share capital at 28 August 2009 comprises 734,333,520 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with one voting right per share.
The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 734,333,520.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
