Total Voting Rights
The Company announced on 17 December 2013 that Marwyn Value Investors LP ('Marwyn') exercised warrants over 4,000,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of £1.00 per share. Accordingly, 4,000,000 common shares were issued to Marwyn on 6 March 2014, as announced on 28 February 2014.
James Corsellis, Chairman of the Company, is also a director of Marwyn Asset Management Limited which manages Marwyn. Following the exercise, Marwyn owns 79,424,894 common shares of the Company representing 27.47% of the total voting rights of the Company.
Following the issue of common shares in relation to the warrants, as at 6 March 2014, the Company's issued share capital consists of 289,164,656 common shares.
The total number of voting rights in Entertainment One Ltd. as at 6 March 2014 is 289,164,656. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator in the calculation which will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Entertainment One Ltd. under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
