Following recent share option exercises, JD Wetherspoon plc confirms the capital of the company is 139,088,646 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

The above figure of 139,088,646 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JD Wetherspoon plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
