Total Voting Rights

The Company confirms that at the close of business on 30 April 2020, its issued share capital consisted of 30,548,599 ordinary shares of 15p each (the "Ordinary Shares").

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. 

Therefore, at the close of business on 30 April 2020, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 30,548,599. Shareholders may use this figure (30,548,599) as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure & Transparency Rules ("DTR").
